Breakfast is 20 pounds while for lunch and supper is a wide a la carte menu. There are 6 sections of the menu, salads, soups, continental food, Italian, Eritrean and desserts. There are steaks for around 40 pounds, pizza around 30 pounds, spaghetti dishes around 20 pounds, Injera dishes around 25 pounds, or you can have a hamburger and chips for 25 pounds. I had a smashing lasagna for 25 pounds accompanied by a fresh squeezed orange juice for 15 pounds, very good value, filling and tasty.
This hotel with only 22 stone rooms was opened October 2010, very new and clean. It is a sister company of Quality Hotel. They have spacious self contained rooms with ten channel satellite TV, fridge, air con, wireless internet etc for around 160 dollars. There is a 50 seater conference room, a cosy and air conditioned bar, next to a very neat dining, also air conditioned, both have a large screen tv for international news.
Continental Restaurant, High standard restaurant with professional cooks to satisfy that hungry appetite. We serve buffet, ala carte and pizza. We are specialists in Eritrean & Ethiopian traditional meals.We have a fine dining restaurant.
The warm, dry desert climate averages 85 degrees F all year long, with 355 days of sunshine. It is a short walk into town for shopping and playing.The compound is paved all round and sloping, so no mud and few insects even when its raining.
